Se empieza colocando dos tuberías una que irá señalizada de color azul para agua fria y la otra de color rojo para agua caliente. Está tubería recorre desde un Tanque de agua ( Terma) que calienta el agua y está agua caliente va asta las duchas y cocinas a la hora que se solicita. Para el agua fría no hay problema puesto que los ductos recorren desde el medidor de agua contratado a la empresa. Entonces desde el medidor llevas a la tubería asta tus caños o grifos y también asta las duchas.
