Bizcocho con agua caliente Receta de BIZCOCHO DE CHOCOLATE: INGREDIENTES: 420 g de azúcar 270 g de harina 240 ml de leche 3 huevos L 180 ml de aceite de oliva 150 ml de agua caliente 90 g de cacao en polvo 3 cucharaditas de levadura química o polvo de hornear 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 1 pizca de sal Molde 22 cm ELABORACIÓN: 1. Bate los huevos con el azúcar hasta que quede muy esponjoso. Incorpora el aceite, la leche, la vainilla y mezcla. 2. En un colador tamiza harina, levadura y cacao y añade la sal. Bate despacio hasta que no haya grumos e incorpora el agua caliente. 3. Vierte en el molde forrado con papel la base y bordes y hornea a 175º C – 347º F con calor arriba y abajo durante 1 hora y 10 minutos.
