After 4 years of great adventure, we left Hong Kong in late July 1993, returning back to our Lake Tapps home. Instead of flying straight back, we took the "long way". Wendy arranged a bus tour of Europe for all five of us, and Don arranged a visit the Edinburgh area for a few days prior to starting the bus tour. This 18th video was taken August 14. We paid a somber visit to Monte Casino where a critical WWII battle was fought and many died. Wendy's dad Ken was injured there as well. Unfortunately, we didn't take any video or pictures while visiting so this shows it from a distance from the bus. we next travelled to Sorento where we took a boat to Capri for some excellent sightseeing and a visit to the Blue Grotto, a cave used by royalty in the days of the Romans.
