Our visit to Tachi Palace Casino Resort was a mixed experience. While the room and casino were clean and well-maintained, the stay was marred by a lack of hospitality. The staff seemed indifferent, which dampened our enjoyment. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that our favorite Stadium Bubble Craps game had been removed. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no ice available, and the soda machines were not working throughout our stay.
