Por su parte Los directivos, Julián Ceñal, Director de Televisa Baja California y José Arana Director de AZTK BOXING & MMA hablan de los Avances del primer paso de las visorias localizado al talento que hay en boxeo amateur en todo el estado de Baja California, el cual debido al gran éxito de participación que ha tenido pasó de tres categorías a cinco categorias: En la Rama Femenil son dos: Elite y Juvenil Elite: para menores de 20 años hasta 69 kilogramos en peso y Juvenil es para participante de 17 años y menores de esta edad, hasta los 57 kilos En varoniles las categorías son la siguientes: Elite, Juvenil y Juvenil B Elite es para jóvenes de 17 a 20 años con peso hasta 60 kilos y Juvenil y Juvenil ‘’B’’ es para 17 años y menores de esta edad con peso hasta 52 kilogramos.
